Amazing office, Dr Malhan is wonderful and does not nickel and dime for every little thing. He’s so very knowledgeable and patient. Would recommend him for anyone nervous about root canals.

100% recommend Dr Nikhil Malhan. He did amazing work on my 14yr old sons root canal on his right front tooth. I took him in as an emergency as my son woke up with a swollen upper lip that made his face look all swollen almost closing his eyes. Hansen Family Dental gave me 3 endodontics referral I called all three and just by the voice and beautiful spirit of the front desk lady who answered all my questions patiently from Tri City Endodontics I decided to take him there. What a beautiful vibe of that young lady. To top it off the most amazing endodontics doctor and team took such good care of my son and made my sons day! My 14 yr old gave Dr. Malhan the biggest hug for his caring attention to him. My son is so happy with no pain and a beautiful smile. Long story short, 7 yrs after his tooth was knocked out at an early age it got infected from the trauma and began getting darker with some bone loss which created an infection. Dr Malhan with such gentle good care drilled that infection out and filled it in saving his tooth and also made it white and same size as his other tooth. My son walked out of there so happy and grateful. We have definitely found a great practice for all our future needs. This office is different — he is his own practice, not a governed place, and you definitely feel the difference in care. From the front office employee to his dental assistants and of course best doctor care. One hundred stars for me.

I had a painful abscessed tooth and was referred to Tri-City Endodontics. Root canals are a major treatment which require consideration as to where to go - I highly recommend this clinic! Dr. Malhan is phenomenal. I cannot say enough about him. He is highly skilled, a perfectionist at his craft and so very compassionate. He assures your comfort throughout the treatment and you will leave with excellent results. I will definitely return here with any future needs.

I have had such bad experiences with any type of dental work but Dr.Malhan made me feel so safe and comfortable! I would highly recommend him to others! 10/10! The staff as a whole was awesome. I had to have an emergency root canal And I get really bad dental anxiety, so I was really worried about how this was gonna go, But Karen at the Front desk was incredibly helpful and comforting and the dentist always made sure that I was OK. I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist office. Highly recommend going here, they did a great job.

I rarely write a review but this experience was incredible. I read all the reviews and I was impressed with all the positive comments for Tri City Endodontics. I called on a Friday afternoon with a pretty bad toothache, just hoping to get in sometime the following week. But they didn’t want me to suffer over the weekend so Dr Malhan insisted on staying late to do my procedure. All the reviews are true. He is an excellent endodontist! He was so kind and so gentle and it was indeed a painless root canal. Even the deadening shot was amazingly gentle. I hardly felt it. He explained everything he was doing and was always attentive to my comfort. Their equipment is all state of the art and all the staff are just the nicest ever! They make you feel like you are their favorite person! 5 stars are not enough. One week later I’m doing great! A big thank you to Dr. Malhan and your amazing team!

What started years ago as a hard-to-reach cavity turned into a crown… and then (cue ominous music) the dreaded words: “You need a root canal.” And wow—tooth pain. After a referral from my dentist, I was genuinely shocked at the estimate: $1,100 out of pocket even with insurance. Having just paid for a crown, I had to pause and do some homework. I called around and found other local endodontists averaging about $1,000 less, which led me to dig into reviews. That’s when I stumbled upon Tri-City Endodontics in Pasco—and I’m so glad I did. Even though they’re a newer office in the Tri-Cities, they are incredibly well-equipped, reasonably priced, and clearly invested in doing things the right way. They use state-of-the-art technology, including CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) 3D imaging and laser-assisted root canal treatment. And the best part? They got me in that same afternoon. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and organized. They were calm, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable—and confident that my tooth could be saved. Dr. Malhan is an excellent endodontist, and I would definitely recommend him. He is professional, kind, and genuinely caring, as is his entire staff. I have had a lot of dental work over the years, and this office was a refreshing change from my past experiences. This place is amazing. They are kind and comforting. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable supportive and reassuring. I don't trust many dentists, many will recommend procedures even if it's not necessary, but not Dr Malhan. He performed thorough testing combined with complete scans/x-rays of my tooth and came to the conclusion that no root canal was needed. Putting my anxiety and mistrust to a rest. I would trust him with my teeth a hundred times over. Thank you to you Dr. Malhan and your wonderful staff.
